Out The Park Group Limited (OTP) worked with GB Basketball over a two year period to support the delivery of all 5v5 events in a flexible way depending on the specific requirements in each instance.
We project managed the Subway Summer Slam events on behalf of GB Basketball, working with promotors TEG Europe to deliver two internationals in three days at the Copper Box Arena. We co-ordinated all elements for GB Basketball including sponsor activation and rights delivery, stakeholder management, team liaison, accommodation requirements, media operations, ticketing, game presentation and hospitality. We also provided branding both internally and externally.
For the GB Men's FIBA EuroBasket Qualifier, we again oversaw the whole event for GB Basketball on a very short timeline. We contracted the venue and brought together the right expertise through our network, overseeing a wider team of best-in-class suppliers to deliver all elements of the game from overall event management, game presentation, ticketing, marketing and broadcast liaison. The game was a sell-out attracting an audience of 6,000.
